This was beautiful, Minnie, especially the idea of pouring out our fears in the shadows. When you sprinkled them with stars, it was even better. Loved this!

Gosh, Brave&Reckless, I feel that you have a special understanding. Thank you for your words, and for words that you may not have said. Yes, silence does not help in this case – depression and suicidal thoughts can seem to be so isolate, until a light shines upon them.
