The baristas at Go Dog Go Cafe are big fans of Pay It Forward Thursdays. We think it is a great opportunity to give a shout-out to another writer who has wowed us or creatively inspired us. It a great way to share the love and pass it on to the readers. It also becomes a great pool for excellent reading stuff by your fellow readers of the WordPress community.
You are invited to post one link to one specific post of poetry, short story, or flash fiction, 300 words or less please, from someone else’s blog in the comments below.
Happy reading!
I take this poem by Stella to be about the good fun that we can have teasing someone (and being teased by them) when both parties know the teasing is merely in jest. Charming poem. Delightful.

We are all entitled to a life of dignity and we need to sense that in our being. So let us change our song From criticism to approval And watch the change this single act of deliberation Can bring about in your own life as well as in others around you Watch the positive transformations Through these three simple acts
Approve Appreciate and Applaud!

The trouble I have had with this is picking a single author and a single post… Gina, it would be very easy to pick one of yours… 💛, in fact, I am struggling not to post more than one. As you are the host, I’ll pick a different one though… by Manessah B “my guardian angel behind the screen”. I have chosen this as it is such a tribute to the connections that are made in reading each other’s work, and to this authors incredible generosity of spirit. Plus, she is a great writer, and has a lot of other awesome posts too…

I just recently discovered both Mia Wright’s poetry and her site.
Every time I read one of her poems I find myself gasping in amazement. She is definitely my newest favorite poet anf looking forward to reading more of her work. I had difficulty choosing which of her poems to spotlight, so I settled on her most recent post…
