The clock keeps time
so evenly
with a little tick
and then a toc
marking out the day
measuring the seconds
as they slowly slip away
morning, noon and then the night
mosaic pieces of each day
magical moments
wonderful memories
marking a lifetime
work of art
colored
with
tics
and
tocs

Ha! You always catch my little lines, so love it!! Your comments always make me smile!! Yes, when I sit in the family room at 4 or 5 a.m. by myself the sound of our wall clock is very distinct. You get to hear every new now pass by. I love the tic, toc and thinking of time and life!
Have a great weekend, My Dear E!!!

You can hear the clock and feel time. Great job.

Yes, for me it’s easy because at 4 or 5 a.m. in the family room you can hear it quite distinctly. I really like to listen to the clock – weird? Just me! I guess it’s just that it reminds me of the passing of each little “Now” in life! So happy you like this, My Dear!! Hope you have a great weekend!!
