SCRIBBLING WORDS ON WHITE PAPER

By Charles Robert Lindholm

In The Backside Of The Night
I Sit In Silence
In Flickering Candlelight

Listening
For The Whispered
Words Of My Muse
So I Can Write

Poems On A Page
Of White Paper
With My Pen
In Red Ink
That Flows
From My Heart

Scribbling Words
Into Poems On A Page
With The Same Passion And Joy
As A Child With His Crayons
Creates A Masterpiece
Of Refrigerator Art

    • Thank you so much Gina for you sweet comment!!! I always love it when any of my words reach out to you!!! Yes, that creativity is there for life. It’s great when it can survive the naysayers of childhood to survive into adulthood!!! Hope your week is going great!!!

    • Ohhhh, My Dear, you make me blush! (you have a talent for that). I loved that the thought came to me at the very end. A simple joy and passion! I’ll have to see if I can find a photo of a refrigerator that I can post your works on for my laptop!! So happy this reached out to you. You’ve made me and my words very happy! You know how to make my day!! Hope your week is going great!!
