Welcome to Promote Yourself Monday. All Go Dog Go Cafe community members are invited to post one link to one specific piece of their writing (600 words or less please!) they have published on their blog, Facebook page, or Instagram feed into the comments section below.
If you post a link, be sure to read some of the other great writing people have linked to.
Thank you for the opportunity to share a post. I was recently interviewed for the podcast Accessing Art. In that interview I read 2 of my poems, and talk about what inspires me to write. The link is here, https://kmorrispoet.com/2022/06/11/whats-in-a-rhyme-a-podcast-of-poet-kevin-morriss-interview-on-accessing-art-with-amy-amantea/. Kind regards. Kevin

I got curious and looked it up!
I found that Ivor has two parts. The first part means yew or bow, and and the second part means army or warrior in Old Norse. In Welsh, it is used as a way to say lord.

I used the word, workshopping, in a loose sense. I think it captures any situation where feedback on one’s writing is enabled. But the best form of participation is what works for the individual :).
