I also listened to that beautiful, beautiful song, and it's now one of the best pieces of music I've ever listened to. Thank you for sharing that!

Such an intriguing and thought-provoking piece, Robin. I can’t help but replay the words in my mind, especially with the context and imagery of believing in fairytales and a symbolism of death. This is an interesting one to me as I never seen that perspective on it before. Very well-written and eloquent. ❤

Wow. This really is a beautiful, well written piece. Not only is it evocative and paints a pretty picture of nature, it also emphasizes a message of solitude which I feel is needed in order to truly appreciate its beauty. Most especially, I like how even when I read it from bottom to top it still retains its quality.

I think for a first-ever book review, this is quite well-written. One can tell just how much you enjoyed the book from your words. The review, together with your enthusiasm and my nature as a lover of Greek mythology has inspired me to check the book out for myself.
About wanting to be immortal, it’s quite tricky deciding. I’m a big follower of the Buddhist philosophy that life is suffering and so I wouldn’t want to suffer for an eternity. However, regardless of the hardships we face in life, there are many things that make it worth living. Finding someone you love for example. I think for this reason alone I’d want to live forever. I’d weather any and all sufferings so long as I’m around people who love me (and I them).

This is such a beautiful comment, I wish it was a part of the post itself! But nevertheless, I’m grateful to have ever read it.
I agree! And also, because of the book, I don’t think I wanna be immortal ever, I want to experience things that I do in the limited time that I have, be loved, give love and then be reborn to experience everything for the first time again! Haha
I love how love can give you the strength to live in mystery and not feel it, at least to it’s full extent and I agree with you there!
Thank you so much for reading and commenting! It made my day
