Today’s poetry form is called Concrete Poetry. Huh?? From Brewer, “Concrete poetry is one of the more experimental forms available…they use space and sound to communicate. Concrete poetry is more visual than other poetic forms.”

breathe exhale inhale
stilling the mind…peace
calm focus steady effort soul body mind
