sunbeams bring honeyed dreams
clouded by much-gone wrong
raindrops, blue, flow in streams
glum whispers of woeful songs
sorrows grasp and now the norm
provoke anguish to a fragile heart
fears and worries a ferocious storm
flail mortals and creatures like plastic art
but raindrops, blue, sweet lullabies
lucid shadows and sunny delights
children play under clear blue skies

A gander at me –
I enjoyed a dedicated career in the insurance industry for over 20 years being rewarded both professionally and personally. Now it’s time for me to follow my dreams by doing things I enjoy…spending time with family, learning, sharing, traveling, writing poetry, and encouraging others to pursue their goals.
