Happy Monday in quarantine world! Hope everyone is well and safe. When my rescued puppy mill mama had an attack of PTSD (yes, dogs we rescue from the puppy mills do suffer from this sometimes) this past week, I knew I had to post this one.

Love this. My favorite –
The red quail sings to mankind, shivering—
A dimension of mutiny in its breast,
Chopped in single, black coffee hairs simmering

Hi I’d like to leave a link to my tribute in rhyme to the remarkable 99 year old Capt. Tom Moore who has raised U.K. spirits and raised at lay count £26m for NHS charities. He’s also topping music charts in collaboration with Michael Ball and there is a petition for him to be Knighted.

I’m (again) struggling with homeschooling today. I’ve managed to turn it into some good parenting in the end, but now I still need to get my own work done. So I thought I’d relax first and hop over here. I need it. And I deserve it.
