Welcome to Promote a Poet/Writer Thursday! This is the day of the week where all members of the Go Dog Go Café Community are invited to introduce a Poet or Writer they enjoy reading.
Participating is really fast and simple- in the comments below, post the link for the Home Page of the Poet/Writer you are introducing to us and tell us briefly why you think they are special.
We encourage all of you to visit these blogs (or social media pages) and get acquainted with some great new writers. You never know who you might meet. . .
Happy reading!
Thank you so much for this opportunity, Eugenia! This week I would love to give a shout out to my friend Brandi, who only just yesterday launched a brand new blog, “Couch Talks with B”. Brandi is a superbly talented poet, musician, and essayist. Please visit and bookmark her! She has already posted some fascinating stuff! You can find her here:

Ah! Brandi! I see you have been ripped off to the news. Very excited to have you here. We have a great group of people from around the world at the Cafe and would be eager for you to share more of you writing with us! Monday is the day we promote ourselves around here… but we welcome guest baristas to share a favorite poem or two. Stephen

You are so very kind, Stephen! Thank you so much for the warm invitation and welcome to the Cafe! I will definitely be keeping up with the posts on here and, if I summon up the courage, I may participate in the Monday promotions as well! What you guys are doing on here is truly amazing for so many bloggers. Keep up the awesome work! – Brandi ☺️

Today I’m presenting one of my favourite writers, Colleen, of ‘Chatter Master’… She was one of my first ever followers when I started here on WordPress, and at the moment I’m reading her new book “Yellow Door”,

Eugi,
Today I am promoting a new blogger named David Green who has a mere 36 Followers. He writes some thoughtful, romantic poetry as well as some political poetry that reflects independent thinking which I think represents some of the challenges we face in our modern oversaturated news media divisively charged culture.
Hope you guys can explore his work. He is just getting started and might just be worth an old fashioned CataBlog!
