I’m new to this site, so I hope that sharing the below is okay…
I’m offering a FREE electronic short story titled, ‘Puppy Love’ via Amazon right now (final day). https://amzn.to/38sB7VN
This is the synopsis:
Like her name, Candy is a sweet six-year-old dog who never imagined life without her beloved human. When she finds herself up for adoption, she learns about the dark past plaguing the dog in the neighbouring kennel; hardships she hadn’t contemplated.
In this heartwarming short story, a dog’s point of view uniquely illuminates the human experience of overcoming hardship and heartache, establishing friendship, and the virtue of loyalty.
Have a good day!
All the best,
Amber

I would like to share my recent poetry podcast on Valentine’s Day called, Cupid Sings the Blues. Why is he so sad? https://extraordinarysunshineweaver.blog/2020/02/18/podcast-cupid-sings-the-blues/

Barbara, first…thank you for taking the time to put together such a thoughtful, thorough, and informative podcast. I was expecting something quick with a few poems. What I discovered was a very informative reflection on poetry, love and how art informs an essential emotion of our humanity. I am very excited about this.
On Sunday I will be doing my weekly “chat” here at Go Dog Go and want to feature your podcast in my discussion. As I continue to work with the baristas here at the cafe I really want to highlight some of the great work people are doing to promote poetry and creative writing in general. Your work seems like a perfect place to begin.

Wow! I am so humbled and honored, Stephen. Thank you for taking the time to listen and reply, which is supportive and encouraging. Is the ‘chat’ accessible? I’ll look for it.
I would also like to thank you for your replies to everyone’s submissions on Promote Yourself Monday’s. I see the volume of submissions growing too!
I can post new podcast memoirs. And I have 6 now.
Thank you again!

The chat will be a post at the Go Dog Go Cafe, for now. Maybe with a little inspiration and encouragement from you it will become a podcast too!

Wow – there is a richness of meaning to this that I love and then you twist it at the end and I am jarred (in a good way) right out of my own story into the narrators and just wow. Amazing.
