of yesterday’s events

“I’m kind”

for as the sunshine

rises the weary travelers

to the day break

my meaning

Liyona is an “average joe” kind of writer who likes to think about ordinary things and then write them down. Ever since she can remember, she has been rhyming words and creating lyric poems. During her college years, she took a more serieous bent toward writing and started to post on her blog (The Life and Times of a Quirky Character.)   5. Earlier this week I had an exchange about positive self talk, and this echoes those thoughts. I think it is at once hard but important to use positive language to get us where we need to be mentally.
